Privacy Policy

A clear, jargon-light account of what we collect, why, and how to ask us to change or remove it.

Effective 1 March 2026

Invanolabs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the rights you have.

What we collect

When you contact us — through our forms, by email, or in person — we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company, role, and the contents of your message.

When you visit our website, we collect technical data automatically: the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location based on IP, and how you arrived at the site. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not set advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to prepare proposals, and to operate engagements you have asked us to take on. We use technical data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We share information with service providers (email, hosting) only to the extent required to operate the site and respond to you.

How we store it

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by reputable cloud providers in regions appropriate to the data type. Sensitive engagement data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to Invanolabs personnel who need it for their work.

Your rights

You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time. Use our contact form and select Other to send a privacy request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
