Useful information, all the way to the field
Make field observations, sensor data, and practical decisions work together for the people closest to the work.

Chapter 01
The problem space
Field teams need information they can act on, often with intermittent connectivity and limited time. Data collection alone does not help unless the records remain understandable, timely, and connected to operational decisions.
Chapter 02
Design priorities
Start with the decisions people need to make. Identify the smallest useful set of observations, the equipment and connections available, and how teams check and correct information gathered in the field.
Chapter 03
System architecture
An offline-capable mobile workflow can connect field observations to an operational dashboard. Sensor integrations, notifications, and reporting can be added where they support a clear decision and have a maintainable path into the system.
Chapter 04
What to measure
Track data completeness, information freshness, manual reporting effort, and whether the workflow supports better-timed operational action. Evaluate changes with the people using the system, rather than treating the number of collected records as the outcome.
